Sukumar Saha, Indian biotechnologist. Achievements include contributions in field of cryopreservation of bovine in vitro produced embryos which is easier, quicker, more economical and practical than existing techniques. Also successful in vitro culture of bovine early follicles as a source of useful oocytes, efficient use of stem cell in chicken (PGC). NDRI scholar, 1988-1990, Monbusho scholar, 1991-1996; MAFF postgraduate fellow, since 1997.
