Revived Rakuzan-yaki pottery in Izumo Province (Shimane Prefecture). At the invitation of Lord Iiarusato (Fumai-ko) Matsudaira, he proceeded to his residence in Edo and made tea utensils. Rakuzan-yaki is also called Izumo-yaki.
