Kiilerich began his career 2004 in the youth from Football Club Midtjylland and joined in summer 2009 to Ikast FS. On 29 January 2010 Sampdoria signed the Danish central defender from Football Club Midtjylland.

The youngster will be a member of Sampdoria"s primavera squad. Kiilerich currently plays for Denmark national under-20 football team and was formerly member of the U-18 and U-19.
