Susan Elizabeth was born on June 20, 1944 in Newark, New Jersey, United States; daughter of Curt Raymond Owens Tulsa Okl and Margaret Mary Earle adopted by Charles Eben Junior and Elizabeth Charlotte (Cluthe) Miller.

Education

Susan studied at Lasell College in Auburndale, Massachusetts, United States. In 1965 she became an Associate in nursing science. In 1978 she was a student of the Wellesley College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, United States. She received a degree of the Bachelor of studio art. In 1990 she studied at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States. She became a Doctor of Education in human development.

Career

In 1965 Susan worked as a staff nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. She worked there for a year. From 1966 to 1968 Susan worked as a staff nurse in Massachusetts Mental Health Center in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. In 1968 Susan was a founder of the psychiatric nursing service at Cambridge City Hospital in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States. In a year she became a first clinical psychiatric nursing supervisor at Cambridge City Hospital in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States. She worked there for two years.

From 1989 to 1994 she was a director of education at the American Adoption Congress in Washington, United States. In 1991 she worked in the psychotherapist private clinic in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Since 1991 she is a member of the corporation. In 1993 she became an adoption consultant of the Cambridge Children and Family Superior vena cava syndrome. In 1994 she worked as a chair of the nominate committee at the American Adoption Congress in Washington, United States.
