The Firm of Kalison & McBride, P.A. is a Firm of seven partners and three associates which concentrates its practice in health and hospital law and general business law representation. Many of the members of the Firm have practiced with each other for more than a decade.

Moreover, each member has one or more areas of specialization such as not-for-profit tax law, managed care, health care financing, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, medical staff and physician credentialing, insurance and reimbursement matters, health care litigation, antitrust counseling and litigation, and regulatory and administrative law.
The Firm also provides tax and general business law representation to professional practices and commercial businesses and estate and trust services to business owners and individuals. The Firm"s clients are primarily located throughout the State of New Jersey.
Members of the Firm regularly contribute articles for professional journals and publications in the health care field, make presentations at seminars and other educational programs and also provide commentary and testimony on proposed state and federal legislation.
