Kamimura Susumu graduated from Nihon University.
Career
After graduation Susumu Kamimura began practicing law. Later entering politics was appointed member of the central executive committee of the Labor-Farmer Party (1924). His political activities later got him a prison sentence. After World War II founded the Independent Judicial Organization and was elected to House of Representatives on a Communist ticket.
