Svein Thøgersen is a Norwegian competition rower and Olympic medalist.
Achievements
He received a silver medal in double sculls at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich, together with Frank Hansen. He received a silver medal in double sculls in the 1971 European championships, also with Frank Hansen.
