Career
He was born in the small town of Dover, Massachusetts. Sears was drafted by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 1989 National Hockey League draft. During his career, Sears has played in the National Collegiate Athletic Association, the ECHL, the BNL, the IHL, the CoHL and the CHL.
