Career
He had a successful career with Perak. He clinched two Malaysian League title with Perak in 2002 and 2003. His career was cut short after receiving a serious injury.
He is now working as head coach at Kiddo Kickers Academy.
He has two younger brother who is also football players themselves: former Johor Football Club and current Perak player Shahrizal Saad, and former Harimau Muda B player Shahrul Saad who is currently in the Harimau Muda A squad.
