Career
Although some of her portraits are held by the National Portrait Gallery, she was better known for her streetscapes and interiors. In 1911 she exhibited at the New English Art Club, in 1912 at the Royal Academy, and in 1914 at the London Group. Perhaps her most famous painting is Madrid Crowd, painted from a published news photograph of a Madrid crowd in 1931.
