1900 began working for underground Social-Democratic groups. Smuggled illegal literature from abroad and did Party work in Riga. From 1904 in charge of underground printing-shop of Central Committee, Latin Social-Democratic Workers’ Party, where the newspaper “Zihna” was printed ¡member, Riga Committee, Latin Social-Democratic Workers’ Party.
1905-1907 took active part in Revol in Latin Delegation, 5th Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party Congress, London. Delegation, several congresses of Latin Social-Democratic Workers’ Party and Social-Democratic Party of Latin Kray.
1908 sentenced to four years at hard labor after discovery of underground press After serving sentence exiled to Siberia. After 1917 October Revol worked for Irkutsk cooperative system.
From 1920 worked for Foreign Bureau, Central Committee, Communist Party Latin Later transferred to other Party and government work.
