Rcvol work in Petrograd, Donbas and Moscow. After 1917 February Rcvol chairman, Bakhmut (now Arlemovsk) Llyezd Party Committee and Bakhmut Uyezd Soviet of Peasants’ Deputy After 1917 October Rcvol chairman, Donets Basin Military Rcvol Committee.
Chairman, Centr Staff, Donbas Red Guards. During German occupation of Ukraine illegal Party work in Khar’kov. Member, Donetsk-Krivoy Rog Party Committee.
Head, Organization(s) Department, Central Committee, Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Ukraine. Secretary, Donetsk Province Party Committee. Then taught in Leningrad.
1927 expelled from Party by 15th Congress for membership of anti-Party Sapronov group. 1936 arrested by State Security organs and sentenced for alleged Trotskyist activities.
