Surgeon-General, 1899. Served in Ceylon, Home, India, Afghanistan, Egypt, Malta. Was Principal Medical Officer, London, and Surgeon-General, Malta Command.
Received the Afghan War Medal and Queen’s Jubilee Medal, 1902, when he had charge of medical. arrangements for the procession in London.
