Has always taken a deep interest in education.
Member of many learned Societies, and Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, of which he has twice been a president of Section iv. Founder of the Society for the Study of Comparative Psychology of Montreal.
Formerly President of Natural History. Society, Montreal, and Vice-President of Society of American
Naturalists.
