Career
He successively served as director of Electrical Affairs Department of the Headquarters of the Military and Civil Governors of Fengtien.
He was a director of Electrical Affairs Department of the Headquarters of the Inspector-General for the Three Eastern Provinces and superintendent of Electrical Administration for Fengtien, Kirin and Heilungkiang .
Also he was a director of Electrical Affairs Department of the Headquarters of the Commander-in- Chief of the Cheng Wei-Chun (Fengtien Army) and director of Electrical Affairs Department of the Headquarters of Commander-in-Chief of the An-Kuo- Chun (National Pacification Army — Fengtien) and director of Electrical Affairs Department of the Headquarters of the Generalissimo (the late Marshal Chang Tso-lin).
In 1933 he was a Mayor of Peiping Municipality and concurrently Director of the Kailan Mining Administration.
