Attended both Kyoto and Tokyo universities in turn without graduating from either of them.
Career
Leaving the university Takanori Kinoshita joined the Shunyokai (Fine Arts Association). Later went to France to study art (1921-1923), and upon return became illustrator for magazines and newspapers. Paid another visit to France and stayed there for eight years (1927-1835).
