Career
Became instructor of Tokyo University (1941), received degree (1943) and then became professor of same uni-versity (1945). Received prize of Japan Architectural Society for his numerous achievements in the field of welding engineering. Works include ‘‘Contraction and Fissure Caused by Welding,” etc.
