In 1924 Ogawa Takeo entered Tokyo Kyiiko Dentetsu Kaisha (Express RailwayCompany). In 1947 he served as vice-president. After that he became chairman of Toyoko Motion Picture Production Company and director of Toyo Seiki Kogyo Kaisha (Precision Machinery Industry Company) and thereafter Ogawa Takeo became president of Tokyo Sogo Ginko (Mutual Financing Bank) since 1951.
