He graduated from Political Science Department of Tokyo University.
Career
Following graduation from Political Science Department of Tokyo University he entered the old Nomura Bank (1929). He became director (1947), managing director and then president of the bank (1950). He was also vice-president of Osaka Bankers' Association.
