Chief Conductor, Uzbek Theater of Opera and Ballet, since 1933; instructor, Tashkent Conservatory, since 1955; Popular Artist of Uzbekistan Soviet Socialist Republic since 1939. Order of Red Banner of Labor, 1951; two Badges of Honor, 1937, 1949. Member, Communist Party, since 1944.


SADYKOV, Talib was born in 1907 in Tashkent.


1932 graduated Uzbek Music and Choreography Research Institute, Samarkand. 1939-1941 studied at Uzbek Studio, Moscow Conservatory.


1928-1930 Director of Music, Music and Drama Theater, Samarkand. 1930-1932 Musical Director, Khamzi Theater, Tashkent. 1934-1948 Chairman, Uzbek Union of Composers.

1939-1948 member, Organization Committee, USSR Union of Composers. 1948-1957 board member, USSR Union of Composers. 1951-1954 Artistic Director, Tashkent Radio.

Member, Uzbek Committee the Defense of Peace, since 1952.
