Mr. Watson maintained his practice until his demise in 1984, during which he became a member of the Louisiana State Legislature, Chairman of the State Central Democratic Committee and a Delegate to the National Convention. Mr. Williams ultimately became a District Judge and subsequently served as Ad Hoc Judge to various District, Appellate Courts and the Supreme Court of Louisiana.
