Education
He graduated from Numazu Commercial School in 1910.
Career
After graduation entered the Tokyo Woolen Textile Company in 1913. Appointed the director of the Daiwa Woolen Textile Company in 1934 and president in 1946. Was also chairman of the Star Hosiery Company and director of Japan Synthetic Fiber Company.
