He graduated from Waseda University (1932).
Career
He joined the Zenrin Kyokai Moslem Institute (1940) and later taught Russian at Zenrin College of Foreign Affairs (1944). Was appointed instructor at Waseda University (1947) and assistant professor.
He was a director of Japan-Russian Literature Society and executive secretary of Students Association for Soviet Russia.
