Background

Tatyana was born on October 22, 1966, in the city of Kiev in the family of laboratory assistant Anna Markovna Ovsienko (born 1949) and long-distance driver Nikolai Mikhailovich Ovsienko. The younger sister is Victoria (born 1970), now an entrepreneur.
