Boswell, Tucker, Brewster & Hicks Law Firm, also known as "Boswell Law Firm," had its origins in 1958 in central Arkansas, where Ted Boswell commenced his practice of law in Benton. Later, he became a member and president of The Laser Law Firm in Little Rock.
In 1977, Boswell removed his practice from Little Rock, at which time he formed and located what is now an eleven person law firm in Bryant, a suburb of Little Rock.
The firm practices tort law almost exclusively. lieutenant represents both plaintiffs and defendants.
