He graduated from Law Department of Tokyo University (1928).
Career
Teijo Tobishima entered the Mainichi Shimbun (newspaper). He became managing director of the Fukushima Mimpo (1945) and concurrently head editorial writer. Became president of the newspaper (1947) and president of Radio Fukushima (1953).
