Career
Graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 1979. In 1999-2000 chief of Department for international humanitarian cooperation and human rights at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Russia. 2000—2005 – Ambassador of Russia to South of Korea.
2005—2008 - Ambassador at Large, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Russia.
Since 2008 – Ambassador of Russia to Denmark. Participated in many international conferences on humanitarian cooperation and human rights issues.
