Visiting professor China University Mining Science and Technology, Peking, since 1992, University Tokyo, since 2002, Nanjing University, China, since 2004, Tsingtao University of Science and Technology, China, 2004—2007. General manager NPO Environmental System Frontier, Fukuoka, since 2002.

Member, chairperson various committees of governor and local government. Technical advisor in field.
