Career
Theo"s father was Major Reginald Hancock of Buckinghamshire, England. He was an official artist to National Aeronautics and Space Administration and their Apollo space programme in the 1960s as part of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Art Program. He also undertook commissions for the United States Navy, including journeys at sea on Polaris nuclear submarines.
His work for National Aeronautics and Space Administration is now in the collection of the United States" National Air and Space Museum and another piece was owned by Winston Churchill.
Others were acquired by the United States Navy Art Collection, the Air Force Space & Missile Museum, the High Museum of Art in Atlanta and Agnes Scott College in Georgia.
