Fellow of Royal Society of Medicine. Assistant Physician and Pathologist to the London Hospital, and to the Hospital for Sick Children, Great Ormond Street; Physician to the Poplar Hospital; Chief Medical Officer in London to the Royal Insurance Company.

Member of the Royal College of Physicians. Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons.
