Yeshion, Theodore Elliot was born on March 18, 1951 in New York City. Son of Norman Joseph and Selma (Schoenberg) Yeshion.

Forensic serologist, special agent, North Carolina Bureau Investigation, Raleigh, 1975-1979;crime laboratory analyst supervisor, Florida Department Law Enforcement Tampa Regional Crime Laboratory, Tampa, 1979-1983;chief, Florida Department Law Enforcement Tampa Regional Crime Laboratory, since 1983.
