Davidson, Theodore Fulton was born on March 30, 1845 in Waynesville, North Carolina, United States. Son of Allen Turner and Elizabeth Adaline (Howell) Davidson.

Education

Educated Colonel Stephen Lee’s Classical School, Asheville, North Carolina. Appointed to the United States Naval Academy but did not enter on account of Civil War. Studied law under Judge Bally of Asheville, 1867-1868.

Career

2d, Sally L. Carter, October 12, 1893. Entered C.S.A., April 1861. Sergeant major 39th Regiment North Carolina Vols., 1861-1862.

A.-d.-c. on staff Brig. General Robert B. Vance, until close of war, serving in Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia and Western North Carolina Began law practice, 1868, as member A. T. & T. F. Davidson. Later Davidson & Martin, Davidson & Jones, and Davidson, Bourne & Parker.
