Davidson, Theodore Fulton was born on March 30, 1845 in Waynesville, North Carolina, United States. Son of Allen Turner and Elizabeth Adaline (Howell) Davidson.


Educated Colonel Stephen Lee’s Classical School, Asheville, North Carolina. Appointed to the United States Naval Academy but did not enter on account of Civil War. Studied law under Judge Bally of Asheville, 1867-1868.
