Golubic, Theodore Roy was born on December 9, 1928 in Lorain, Ohio, United States. Son of Ivan and Illonka (Safar) Golubic.


Student, Ohio State University, Columbus, 1948. Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting, Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, 1951. Postgraduate, Syracuse University, 1955.

Master of Fine Arts in Sculpture, University Notre Dame, 1957.
