He studied architecture in the office of the late Frank E. Kidder.
After a period of practical training he became a member of the firm of Kidder & Wieger in 1906. Five years later he withdrew to establish his own office, and in the following years acquired a successful practice in Denver. He was chosen architect of the Temple Emanuel, the Columbian School (c 1924) and a building for the American Furniture Company, also designed the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park. At the time of his death Mr. Wieger maintained office head¬quarters in the Chamber of Commerce Building
