Career
Baird (1972), a landmark United State Supreme Court decision on contraception. Elected to the Boston School Committee in 1965, Eisenstadt was strong supporter of desegregation efforts. In March 2015, Eisenstadt was indefinitely suspended from practicing law in Massachusetts.
The Board of Bar Overseers found he misused client"s settlement money.
