Background

Walker, Thomas was born on January 25, 1715 in King and Queen County, Virginia, United States. Son of Thomas and Susanna (Peachy) Walker.

Education

Studied medicine under his uncle Doctor George Gilmer, Williamsburg, Virginia.

Career

12 children including Francis, John. Became chief agent Loyal Land Company, 1749. Member Virginia House of Burgesses, 1752.
