Career
Born in Lockport, New York, Wall moved to Oshkosh, Wisconsin, in 1855, and was in the lumber business. Wall served in the Wisconsin State Assembly in 1873, 1876, and 1877. He then served in the Wisconsin State Senate in 1882 and 1883.
