Has supported every other Democratic nominee since 1892. Appointed assistant secretary of treasury by President Wilson, December, 1917, and assigned to supervision Bureau War Risk Insurance, and Bureau Internal Revenue, also supervision foreign enemy and neutral insurance companies.
