WILKINSON, Thomas Henry Desvceux was born on June 11, 1858 in London. Son of Right Reverend the Bishop of Saint Andrews, and Caroline, daughter of Lieutenant-Colonel Benfield Desvoeux, late Scots Guards.

Career
Joined Rifle Brigade, 1879. Served in Mahsood Waziri Expedition, 1881. Burmese Expedition, 1886-1888 (despatches, Companion of the Distinguished Service Order, India medal and two clasps).
Received the Jubilee Decoration of 22 June 1897.
Companion of the Distinguished Service Order 1887. Retired pay.
