Healey graduated from Georgetown University in 1964, followed by a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University in 1966.
He was a partner at Goldman, Sachs & Company, and is Senior Fellow at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. He served in the 1980s as Assistant Secretary of the United States Treasury and in the 1990s on the United States.
