The firm of Bedford and Kirschner, Professional Corporation was formed in 1981. In 1983 Thomas J. Venker joined the firm giving it the present name. The partners are all litigation oriented, however, the practice is a general practice and includes general business representation as well as representation of individuals for various non-litigation matters.
All of the partners are actively involved in Continuing Legal Education and contribute to various Continuing legal education programs as both speaker and organizers.
