Deputy commander IX Corps, Korea, organized Field Training Command to retrain all Korean combat troops, commander 3d United States Infantry Division, 1951-1952. On loan from army to General Omar Bradley, administrator vet’s. affairs, as adviser, 1946-1948, deputy administrator in charge all VA activities California, Nevada, Arizona, Hawaii, Guam and Samoa, 1946-1948.
