Worked at Karnopp, Petersen, Noteboom, Hubel, Hansen & Arnett (Bend, Oregon) specializing in General Civil Trial and Appellate Practice, including Insurance Defense and Tort Litigation. General Business, Banking, Creditor Bankruptcy, Tax, Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate and Land Use, Water Law, Utility/Energy, Environmental and Indian Affairs Law. Admitted to the bar, 1993, Oregon.

Member: Oregon State Bar. The founders of Karnopp, Petersen began serving the legal needs of Central Oregon in 1950 when Owen M. Panner (now a senior federal district judge) joined in partnership with Duncan McKay.
While the scope of the firm"s practice has expanded, many of those early clients are still with the firm today. In addition to its unique expertise in Indian law matters, the firm practices extensively in the areas of business law, general litigation, insurance defense, real property and land use, taxation, estate planning and probate.
