Jiang, Tiefeng was born on October 3, 1938 in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. Son of Dazhi Jiang and Jian Hu.

Bachelor with honors, Central Institute Fine Arts, Beijing, 1964.

Artist, Fingerhut Group Publications, Golden Valley, Minnesota, since 1983. Instructor, professor Yunnan Art Academy, 1978-1983.
