Tiffany Lam was born in Hong Kong in 1980.

During her childhood, she immigrated to San Francisco, California, where she studied for many years. Tiffany later attended the University of California, Davis.
She then returned to Hong Kong to compete in the pageant. She was chosen out of many delegates from United States of America and Canada to go back to Hong Kong to compete. She wasn"t quite a favourite for the Hong Kong Press and was barely noticed.
She performed in a red dress during the talent portion.
After 3 weeks, she competed at the Mission Hong Kong pageant, or the final. 2002 was a special year, because it marked the 30th anniversary of the pageant.
She beat out favourites like Cerina da Graça, Victoria Jolly, and more. She also bagged 2 side awards, all for the final.
They include: Mission International Goodwill and Mission Modern Style.
She broke the Mission Photogenic takes all streak (from 1996 to 2001). Her successor, Mandy Cho Manitoba Lei was also from San Francisco. After the Mission Hong Kong experience, Tiffany was an ambassador of Hong Kong.
Like past winners, she represented Hong Kong at the Mission Chinese International Pageant 2003.
She competed for the title on January 2003, where she placed 2nd to Rachel Tan of Kuala Lumpur. Afterwards Tiffany starred in two TVB dramas, Net Deception and Not Just A Pretty Face.
After she crowned her successor, Mandy Cho Manitoba Li, Tiffany returned to San Francisco to continue her studies. Only returning to Hong Kong to crown the 1st runner up of the Mission Chinese International Pageant in 2004.
Tiffany currently helps with the family restaurant business in the San Francisco Bay Area, which include the American Broadcasting Company Bakery & Cafe and the American Broadcasting Company Seafood Restaurant.
