Renée, a Latina from Fair Oaks, California, has been an environmental policy advocate and community organizer. Born to a family of Latin American and French Canadian heritage, Renée split her childhood between downtown Sacramento and Fair Oaks, California. She attend C. K. McClatchy High School and then Delegate Campo High School.
