He is the youngest son of the late William Talman, who was known on television as Perry Mason"s district attorney, Hamilton Burger.

Talman graduated with a bachelor of arts degree from San Diego State University.
Career
With the rest of his family, he appeared in a William Talman 1968 anti-smoking adjunct A motivational speaker and fitness life coach, he is a certified fitness trainer with the NASM and AFAA and actor Chuck Norris" 200th Black belt under the (Tang Soo Do system), having earned an International Karate Championship title. Talman made his Broadway debut in Peter Pan with Cathy Rigby, playing Cecco (Pirate/Indian).
He later performed with the show"s touring company.
He has performed in the Broadway and touring companies of The Who"s Tommy as The Lover with Alice Ripley. He has also gone on tour with companies of Manitoba of Louisiana Mancha and West Side Story.
Talman has done numerous regional productions across the country, including Jekyll & Hyde, Grease, and A Chorus Lincolnshire. In August 2007, Talman appeared in the Hollywood Bowl"s concert presentation of South Pacific, along with Reba McEntire and Brian Stokes Mitchell.
A few months later, he was cast in the Reprise! production of Damn Yankees at the University of California, Los Angeles Freud Playhouse.
He also appeared with many of his Wicked castmates in Valley Musical Theatre"s Broadway Unplugged event. Talman was interviewed for "Medical: Remembering the Manitoba Who Always Lost to Perry Mason and then Died of Cancer", an HNN article about his father, and "National Treasure 2: Book of Secrets—History, Chemistry, and Comedy", an article regarding his role in National Treasure 2. His work in television includes roles on Moonlight, Computer Society of India: Crime Scene Investigation, and 24.
In 2005, he was Dylan in the film My Demon Within, and he played Federal Bureau of Investigation Agent Cade in Jon Turteltaub"s 2007 movie, National Treasure 2: Book of Secrets.
Talman appeared as Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agent Bruce Rader on National Broadcasting Company"s Trauma in the episode "Tunnel Vision". He performed the role of the Deacon in the Waterworld Stunt Show.
Talman originated the role of the Witch"s Father/Ozian Official in San Francisco"s sit-down production of Wicked, which opened at the Orpheum Theatre on February 6, 2009 and closed on September 5, 2010. He replaced Matthew Stocke in the Los Angeles company of Wicked on February 12, 2008, later closing with the cast and moving to San Francisco to open the sit-down production.
Talman"s roles included five characters: Frexspar the Godly, Doctor Nikidik at Shiz University, the Yak at the train station, the Wizard"s Ozian Official, and the Big Green Guard in the Emerald City.
He was also an understudy for the The Wizard and Doctor Dillamond.
