Horn started his youth career at South Carolina Rondorf and joined 1. Football Club Köln in 2002. He was on both the senior and reserve team squads for both the 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 seasons. However, Horn only made appearances for the reserve squad in those two seasons.
Horn made his first team debut in the 2012-2013 season.
