Prior to his career in entrepreneurship, Timothy Sullivan served as a Management Consultant of Andersen Consulting, EDS and Booz-Allen & Hamilton. Then served in various sales and marketing functions at Mercator Software (formerly TSI International Software). From 1993 to 1995 he served as Product Manager of TSI Software International. Mr.Sullivan held positions in product management, alliance management, and major accounts management at Manugistics, Inc., from 1995 to 1999. Mr. Sullivan served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales for InforMax Inc., since January 1999. He served as an Executive Vice President of InforMax Inc. He was instrumental in raising $100 million in venture capital and strategic investment, culminating in the company's initial public offering. At InforMax he grew sales from $3 million to a $30 million rate in 30 months. Mr. Sullivan founded DLP technologies in 2002. Timothy Sullivan is the founder of Fidelis Security Systems Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer until 2008 and also served as its Executive Chairman since April 2004. Tim has been Chief Executive Officer of nPulse Technologies, LLC since August 16, 2011 and serves as its President.
