Achievements include design of new Air Jordon shoe each year, since number III to XV. Brought about the idea of Brand Jordon as a separate brand & division within Nike with the involvement of Michael Jordan. Some design work for Air Jordon line is included in the Smithsonian Museum for Design.
Design of designs shoes for Kobe Bryant, Lance Armstrong, Gabrielle Reece, and Picabo Street. Design of designed the first pole vault shoe for former world record holder Stacy Dragila. Design of designed the original Air Pack Series (including the first Visi-Air shoe, the Air Max), Pete Sampras tennis shoes, Andre Agassi footwear and apparel and the original Air Huarache.
Creates environmentally preferred shoes and track & field spikes. Designed the Air Mowabb and Michael Johnson's track shoes. Created the first LeBron James shoe.
Served as creative director for all LeBron James projects. Inventor and designer of the first cross-trainer, the Air Trainer. Mentors young Nike designers.
Designed the new University Of Oregon Matthew Knight Arena Basketball Floor. Designed iconic video replay jumbotron enclosure for Hayward Field.
